Return Policy
RETURNS MADE EASY > Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. At MyMela, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
Our Return Policy
You may return a product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please use the return instructions given to you when you receive your RMA #.
How to Request an RMA Number
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) from us. To request an RMA #, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an RMA # will be refused and returned.
  • Click on the Manage My Order link under your Account.
  • Locate the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Orders that are eligible for return (30 days old or less) will be marked in the “Available Actions” list as eligible for return.
  • Click the "Return Item(s)" link and follow the instructions.
Once you click on the “Request RMA” button, you will receive an email containing your RMA # and detailed return instructions. Please note that if the return is the result of an error by MyMela, this email will also include a link allowing you to print a UPS prepaid shipping label for the return.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we will provide you with a prepaid return mailing label and will refund you for your purchase, including taxes and original shipping charges, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging. Please include the RMA # on the outside of the shipping package near the return mailing label. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition. For your protection, please send your return via a reliable carrier that offers tracking to ensure that all items are received at our warehouse in good order. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package near the return address label and return package to:

When your return is received, you will be issued a refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
If you used a combination of payment methods, such as MyMela credits, a MyMela E Gift Card, and a credit card, you will be issued a refund in the following order:
  • First, we will credit your credit card with up to the maximum amount that you used to pay towards the returned items.
  • If the refund exceeds the amount originally charged on your credit card, then we will refund the MyMela credits up to the maximum amount that you used to pay towards the returned items. The refunded MyMela credits will be deposited back into your MyMela credits’ account.
  • If the refund exceeds both the maximum amount charged on your credit card and MyMela credits used, then we will refund the remaining amount in the form of a MyMela E Gift card.
As an example, please consider the following scenario:

Your order total was $100 and you used the following payment options to pay for it:
  • You applied 25 MyMela Credits.
  • You used a $55 E Gift Card.
  • You charged $20 to your American Express.
After receiving the order, you decide to return $50 worth of merchandise. As a result, you will be issued a refund in the following order:
  • First, we will credit your American Express $20.
  • Next, we will refund 25 MyMela credits and deposit them back into your MyMela credits’ account.
  • Finally, we will issue a $5 E Gift Card.
If you have received a gift from MyMela and would like to return it, you may do so by requesting an RMA number via email at customerservice@mymela.com during the 30-day period following the original delivery date of the order. Please include your contact information and order number in your message. When your return is received, we will issue you a MyMela E Gift Card in the amount of the returned item, less shipping charges. Please rest assured that all gift returns are confidential.
